SUBJECT: - COMPLIANCE OF BEDI STEEL ROLLING MILLS PVT. LIMITED AGAINST PROCEDDING OF HEARING BEFORE CHIEF ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER.
Respected sir,
We have applied CTO Air and Water and Hazardous vide application no. 23482484 (Water), 23531601 and ……………. Hazardous.
During the hearing objection raised that the industry has not applied Environmental Clearance. No evidence has been attached with the application. The industry has given 15 days time to apply the Environmental clearance and to submit the proof along with other documents.
We have applied our application on Parivash portal through Mr. Sheetal Singh M/s. Chandigarh Pollution Testing Laboratory. But due to some technical problem our PAN is not verifying by the portal. We have filed complaint on the portal and contact to the concern Dept.. They assure us that our problem will solve with in two or three days. (copy of complaint is attached herewith).
You are requested to accept our submission and issue us consent to operate Water, Air and Hazardous. We/Industry shall be highly grateful to you for the same.
