As per report of RO, air emissions sample collected on 31.01.2021,which is more than 03 years old and RO recommend the case based on visit dated 24.01.2024,which is also 02 months old.
Further it is submitted that earlier consent granted to the industry upto 31.03.2024 with the special condition that industry will submit analysis report of the air emissions within 01 month and also submit revised building plan within 15 days.
Hence, the industry is not complying with the conditions as earlier imposed during consent. If approved, case may be sent back to RO with request to clarify as above , please. |
