In view of the recommendations of EE Regional Office Patiala, Consent to Establish (NOC) under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with usual conditions and special conditions as under:
a) The industry shall get its change in nature of business certificate from the Competent Authority and submit to the Board within one month and till then it shall not carry out any activity within its premises. In case the industry fails to obtain the said certificate, Board shall not responsible for any financial loss to be incurred to the industry.
b) The industry shall get its building plan approved from the Competent Authority.
c) The industry shall relocate its machinery / thermopack etc. from the adjoining unit and shall not expand / install any machinery beyond the land mentioned in the application, failure of which shall lead to cancellation of NOC.
d) The industry shall not undertake washing of waste plastic and generate any trade effluent.
