The application of the pp has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. Earlier, the industry has been granted ‘consent to operate’ for 32 products. But, now the industry has applied for renewal of ‘consent to operate’ for 27 products. Please clarify.
2. The industry is required to upload all the receipts fee of deposited online, so as to adjudge the adequacy of consent fee.
3. The industry is required to submit details of raw material and products viz-a-viz EC granted under the EIA notification dated 2006.
