The industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and under Air Act, 1981. However, being located in non-conforming zone (i.e. industrial mix land) as per the Master Plan of Ludhiana, the industry is required to obtain permissibility certificate from the Town Planning Authorities. The industry has submitted permissibility certificate issued by ATP, Ludhiana, in which the industry was allowed to operate till August, 2023. No further extension has been granted to the industry. Moreover, as per the MSME certificate submitted by the industry, it is commissioned in 2017 (i.e. after the notification of Master Plan of Ludhaina).
As such, you are hereby requested to submit the above document from the said authorities within the stipulated time period. |
