The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The project proponent has obtained in principal approval from invest Punjab, PBIP dated 03.11.2021 valid upto 02.05.2021 for setting up of industry at the above mentioned site. There after obtained NOC of the Board.
May if approved consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions. (Competency - Senior Environmental Engineer)
