The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. May if approved consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 28.08.2024 with suitable conditions and with special condition that:-
1. The industry will make adequate arrangements for reduction in noise and dust at processing site so that there is no nuisance created in its vicinity specially towards residential houses in front of the proposed across the Road.
2. The industry will install CAAQMS station at the windward and leeward directions.
3. The industry shall obtain necessary permission/ statutory clearance from the concerned Departments, if required, if any, in future its own level."
4. The industry shall comply with C & D Waste Management Rules, 2016.
