Sir, the industry has replied to the observations; however, the reply submitted by the industry is not satisfactory as:
1. The industry has not submitted the site suitability of the land.
2. The industry has not submitted the distance report from the Revenue Department.
3. The industry has submitted the Memorandum of Association (MOA), wherein, it has mentioned that Sh. Shalok Garg, Sh. Vishal Goyal, Sh. Anubhav Garg, Smt. Neelam Goyal and Smt. Sangeeta Garg are the directors. However, the authority letter is signed by only 3 no. directors. Kindly clarify.
4. The feasibility report submitted by the industry is not in order as it has not mentioned the value of TDS of wastewater, which will be disposed off onto land for plantation.
5. The industry has again mentioned the STP for the treatment of domestic wastewater generated in the feasibility report. Kindly clarify.
6. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA.
As such, the application cannot be processed further and if approved, the application may be returned, please. |
