| Clarification Note: |
It is intimated that while scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The PP has not submitted the:-
(a) List of Directors;
(b) Copy of CLU issued by DTP, Ludhiana.
(c) Certificate issued by MC authorities w.r.t. site falls in outside M.C. Limits of Samrala.
2. Please submit the complete details of Plantation area duly marked on site plan (showing the dimensions) to dispose off the treated domestic effluent.
3. The PP is required to submit its own proposal to dispose off the Municipal Solid Waste Generation from the project due to technical reasons.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
