| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. TDCO no. submitted with the application is still not signed by the PSPCL officer/official.
2. The industry still has not submitted the completion certificates of APCD installed with its coupla furnaces. The industry has neither submitted the details of APCD if provided with its induction furnace nor submitted the completition certificate from the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology, Chandigarh.
3. The industry still has not submitted the documentary proof regarding date of commissioning of the industry as mentioned in its letter, hence the adequacy of consent fee deposited by the industry cannot adjudge.
4. In support of your Date of Commissioning of the industry, industry still has not submitted the copy of 1st electricity Bill of the industry.
5. The he compliance report of NOC Conditions submitted by the industry is still incomplete, please submit the same in annotated form with specific reply of condition condition.
6. Please submit the compliance of the Directions issued by the Board u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
