M/s VRC Thakur Developers Private Limited has submitted application in the name of M/s Mayfair. However it has been observed that the PP has attached the approved layout plan/ CLU/ Site Plan/ Location Plan issued on the name of M/s God Gift Colony. Further, the PP has applied for CTE of the scattered area at five locations of layout plan of M/s God Gift Colony. As per the condition no. 2 of the CLU issued to M/s God Gift Colony by MC Bathinda clearly state as under: "ਉਕਤ ਸਾਈਟ ਦਾ ਸੀ.ਐਲ.ਯੂ 14 ਏਕੜ 1 ਕਨਾਲ 18.5 ਮਰਲੇ ਰਕਬਾ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਡਿਵੈਲਪ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਡਿਵੈਲਪ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮੰਤਵ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਵੰਡਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।"
Since the Ownership of the Project M/s Mayfair is separate from the M/s God Gift Colony as such the PP is required to submit the documents on their name.
Therefore, if approved the return tab may be activated and the application of CTE be allowed to be returned with request to obtain the CLU/ layout plan approved from the MC, Bathinda on their name and resubmit the application alongwith requisite documents such as revenue record, site plan, proposal to treat the domestic effluent and it's disposal. |
