Submitted for
1. Approval as proposed above for grant of Consents.
2. EE ZO J while issuing the consents shall incorporate duties/criteria of Waste generators, service provider and operator in the consent document as special Condition.
3. Operator/ concerned authorities shall apply for obtaining Authorization as required under above rules, within 15 days
4. Site is visited by JEE. Being first C & D project in the state, a team comprising of officers from EE Head office ( EPA), EE Regional and SO Lab may be constituted to visit the site to check the compliances and give its report/ recommendations.
