It sis submitted that application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:- 1) The project proponent has not submitted land use classification report issed by the Department of Town & Country Planning. 2) The Project proponent has not submitted feasibility report regarding treatment of trade effluent. 3) The project proponent has not submitted site plan showing the proposed area under plantation. 4) The project proponent has submitted project report showing the value of building only. The project proponent is required to submit the cost of proposed project incorporating land and machinery cost. 5) The project proponent has not mentioned any details regarding generation, storage and disposal arrangements for hazardous wastes. 6) The project proponent has not deposited Consent to Establish (NOC) fee. Accordingly clarification dated 26.03.2024 was raised to clarify the above within 02 days, however no reply in the matter has been received till date. If approve, the NOC application may be returned with the advise to project proponent to resubmit the same after clarifying the above.
