• The hospital is having 105 bed and Authorization under BMW Rules, 2016 dated 20.03.2024 (valid upto 20.03.2028) through auto generation.
• Previous CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 valid upto 31.03.2024.
• Effluent samples collected by the officer of the Board on 23.02.2024 and as per the analysis report, the conc. of various parameters is within the permissible limits.
• Application applied for extension in the validity of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
• The visiting officer has reported that the industry was visited on 06.04.2024 and no violation reported under any Act.
• In view of above, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 granted to the industry be further extended upto 31.03.2027/adequacy of consent fees, subject to the following special conditions that:-
1. The HCF shall comply with the Bio Medical Waste Rules, 2016.
2. The HCF will operate its ETP regularly and scientifically and shall ensure to maintain proper record of the effluent generated/treated.
3. The HCF will ensure to achieve the effluent standards prescribed by the Board at all times.
