The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The industry falls in General Industrial Zone as per Master plan Jalandhar 2009-2031.
May if approved fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board and with special condition that the industry shall obtain registration under EPR portal within 15 days .
