The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The pipeline project cost at Jalandhar 1 is 14.8 Cr for which consent fee of Rs 14400/- is adequate for one year. As such the case is large scale green category and competency to decide the case falls with Chief Environmental Engineer.
May if approved, consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for one year with suitable conditions and with special conditions that :-
1. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission/ statutory clearance from the concerned Departments, if required, if any, in future its own level.
