• Application applied for obtaining consent to establish/NOC for the establishment of hotel-cum-banquet hall of capacity @ 300 Persons/function and 25 no. rooms.
• The land area of the project is 25 Kanals 08 Marlas in the revenue estate of village Malakpur, Tehsil & District Mansa, the building plan of which is approved by STP, Punjab vide his letter dated 09.02.2023.
• The change of land use for setting up of the hotel in land area of 25 Kanals 08 Marlas bearing khasra no. 10//13 (6-8), 14 (8-0), 15 min (7-16), 16 min (1-1), 17 min (1-1), 18 min (1-2) in the revenue estate of village Malakpur, Tehsil & District Mansa, has been issued by the Department of Town & Country Planning vide memo no. 167 dated 03.02.2023.
• The land area of 25 Kanals 08 Marlas is on lease for 25 years w.e.f. 30.11.2022 upto 29.11.2047 @ 30,000 annum in the name of Sh. Balwinder Singh S/o Sh. Nazir Singh, Prop.
• The feasibility report has been submitted for installation of STP of capacity 20 KLD with the proposal to discharge the treated effluent, onto land for irrigation/plantation in an area of 0.5 acres.
• In view of above, if approved, Consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the project proponent for the establishment of hotel-cum-banquet Hall of capacity @ 300 Persons/function and 25 no. rooms in the land area of the project is 25 Kanals 08 Marlas in the revenue estate of village Malakpur, Tehsil & District Mansa, with following special conditions:-
1. The consent to establish is hereby granted to the project proponent for establishment of a hotel in a land area of 25 Kanals 08 Marlas bearing khasra no. 10//13 (6-8), 14 (8-0), 15 min (7-16), 16 min (1-1), 17 min (1-1), 18 min (1-2) in the revenue estate of village Malakpur, Tehsil & District Mansa.
2. The hotel will ensure compliance w.r.t. the guidelines issued for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/ Banquets issued vide Board’s office order no SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dt. 02.02.2021.
3. The hotel shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.
4. The hotel shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.
5. This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required.
