| Clarification Note: |
The case of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The HCF has not deposited / linked the consent fee.
2. The HCF has not applied for the consent under the Water Act, 1974.
3. The HCF has attached the declaration without the year of establishment which is necessary for calculation of consent fee.
4. The authorization was valid upto 31.03.2024. As such renewal application not applied.
So you are requested to deposit the consent fee and remove above said observations within 3 days so that the case of the HCF has can be processed further. |
