The case of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has attached the CA certificate without land and building value. As such, cannot be considered.
2. The industry has attached site plan without marking the hazardous sludge storage area.
3. The industry has not attached the proof of date of commissioning of the industry.
As such, you are requested to clarify the above said observations within 2 days so that the application can be processed further. |
