The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not deposited penalty and linked the consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 with online application form.
2. As such, adequacy of consent fee cannot be adjudged.
3. The industry has uploaded a copy of building plan along with online application. However, the same are not clear and readable.
4. The project proponent has uploaded lease deed online, however, Khasra nos. Land has not been mentioned in the same. As such, the same could not be checked with the land use classification letter and thus, suitability of site could not be adjudged.
5. The industry has mentioned area of 2000 SQ FT as green area for disposal of effluent in the application. but the industry has not marked the said area of disposal on the site plan.
As such the application of the industry cannot be processed online and is required to be returned online, with the request to re-submit the application after attending above observations.
In view of the above, if approved, online permission may please be given for returning the application of the industry.
