The rice sheller has telephonically informed that all the shortcoming observed during visit 2.4.20234 have been attended.
to check the compliance the site of the rice sheller was visited on 12.4.2024 and it was observed as under – 1. The rice sheller was in operation. 2. The rice sheller has provided a shelling section with cyclone as APCD to arrest the dust emissions from the shelling process. 3. The rice sheller has installed a drier section with cyclone as APCD equipped with the paddy pre cleaner. 4. The rice sheller has provided pucca road in the movement area of the rice sheller. 5. The rice sheller has now provided jalli over the wall in the husk storage area. 6. The rice sheller has now provided septic tanks for the disposal of the domestic effluent generated.
The rice sheller in now complying with provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981
If approved the CTO may be granted to the rice sheller with validity upto 30.6.2030 |
