Sir, the compliances of consent conditions is attached.
Earlier, a complaint regarding air pollution from 40 TPH Pet Coke fired boiler was received in this office and accordingly, the industry was issued directions u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 to not to operate its 40 TPH pet coke fired boiler and the same was lying closed during the visit. No fresh complaint has been received against the industry.
The industry has also submitted agreement signed with A-One Bricks, Village Jeolly, Near Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar on dated 02.04.2023 for disposal of fly ash. (Copy attached)
