The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The PP has not submitted/uploaded relevant document under the column of Prop./Partner/Directors, in the application form.
2. The PP has not submitted manufacturing process with the online application.
3. The project proponent has not mentioned the exact category of the industry in the application form.
4. Due to point no. 2 & 3 above, the details of source of pollution in the proposed industrial unit could not be ascertained.
5. As per the record file of this office, the industry had earlier applied for obtaining CTE in the year 2020. The industry is required to clarify as to whether any construction or manufacturing activity has been started at the site, since then, or not.
6. Due to point no. 05 above, adequacy of CTE fee cannot be adjudged.
As such the application of the industry cannot be processed online and is required to be returned online, with the request to re-submit the application after attending above observations.
In view of the above, if approved, online permission may please be given for returning the application of the industry.
