In this regard, it is submitted as under:
1. Please refer to serial no. 11 of water pollution and it’s control in the report of undersigned. The sludge from the drain is collected once by the industry. The industry has provided temporary plug of cemented wall fitted with valve just before the outlet of rain water drain near it’s main gate. The drain between the temporary plug and main gate found dry and rest of the drain is full with wastewater of the industry which is provided with separate pumping system to transfer this wastewater to the ETP.
2. The boiler of capacity 12 TPH was under shutdown during visit.
3. Please refer to serial no. 04 of air pollution and it’s control in the report of undersigned. The re-circulation pump motor has not been connected with the separate energy meter.
4. It has been mentioned at serial no. 01 that it is generating hazardous waste of category 21.1 and at serial no. 03 it is mentioned that it do not have authorization for said category.
