Kindly peruse the note of AEE. In view of the facts in the note of AEE dated 10.04.2024, it is recommended as under: 1. The application for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 applied by MC, Khanna may be refused. 2. The Department of Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board (Executing Agency), M/s Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (Operating agency) and Municipal Council, Khanna may be afforded an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board for not operating the STP effectively & efficiently.
