It is submitted that the site was visited by the AEE of this Office on 12.04.2024 and it was observed as under:
1. It is a commercial project on main road.
2. The construction is not yet completed. Only the partial structure has been constructed but basic amenities like toilets, parking and planation is not completed yet.
3. The project proponent has installed an STP of capacity 25 KLD based on MBBR technology and as proposed that the treated water will be used in plantation.
4. Collection tank is constructed for the collection of all the domestic effluent and will be forwarded to STP for its treatment.
5. The project proponent has installed one no. submersible pump with the water meter.
6. The project proponent has not installed any DG set yet but planning to install one of 150 KV capacity.
From above, it is clear that it has not completed the construction / project. As discussed, the 'consent to operate' cannot be granted to the project at this stage.
In view of above, if approved, the application for grant of 'consent to operate' maybe returned / refused please. |
