If approved, EE, RO, SAS Nagar may be asked to examine the abstraction of groundwater being carried out by PP viz-a-viz wastewater generation, treated, reused and disposal onto land for plantation/ gardening purposes.
These values must be compared with the values mentioned in the EC already granted to PP.
EE, RO SAS Nagar may also be asked to intimate the green area available with the PP to utilize treated wastewater.
Also, RO has not given any comments on the compliance of EC conditions submitted by the PP. RO is required to verified the compliance at ground and required to give comments thereof accordingly.
