Sir, point wise reply of the observations raised by the Board are as under:-
1. Ammended CA certificate submitted by the industry is enclosed herewith for kind perusal.
2. The industry has installed an ETP consisting of Collection tank Chemical dozing arrangement Flocculator Tube settlers Filters Outlet. All components of ETP were in line and in operational condition.
3. Waste water generation by the industry as per the installed machinery is approximately 50 KLD but the industry has installed ETP of surplus capacity keeping in mind for any unforsaken shock load, future expansion etc.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
• Consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of 06 months with the special condition that it shall got analysed air emission samples from the Board's lab within this period.
• Directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued to the PSPCL authorities to restore the electric connection of the unit temporarily for the period of 06 months.
