Sir, the industry is a small scale red category unit and was granted ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) valid upto 01.02.2025 for manufacturing of Job Work of Cycle parts i.e. Frame, Fork, Chain cover, Mudguard @ 235 No.s/day.
The industry has now applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 with requisite documents.
It has installed 1 no. Spray Paint booth with water curtain as APCD and 1 no. LPG fired Baking over with adequate stack height.
RO has submitted point wise compliance report of conditions of NOC/ CTE with verification of AEE RO.
In view of the above, it is recommended that 'consent to operate' under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/06/2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board, please. (Category -red, small) (Competency -SEE)
