Sir, the industry has requested that the industry is going through some financial crises and therefore, has requested this office for not taking any action against them and has requested for granting 10 days time to attend the observations of the visiting team as per the visit dated 12.04.2024 (copy of the request enclosed).
In view of above the request and as per the discussion, it is submitted that the request of the industry may kindly be considered and the application may be returned to the industry with the direction to resubmit the same after attending all the observations of the visiting team within 10 days. |
