The point wise reply is as under: -
1. The hospital has not made expansion in the land area/building for increase in bed capacity from 81 to 125.
2. The hospital has informed that the effluent quantity resultant from increase in bed capacity remains un-changed, as it has increased beds for Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy and only day care will be provided and no excessive effluent will be generated. The ETP-cum-STP installed by the civil hospital, Sangrur is currently treated entire effluent treatment and in future, the process of installation of enhanced capacity STP is under progress.
3. The fee deposited by the HCF is adequate upto 31.12.2025.
As , the HCF is complying under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, it is therefore recommended that consent to operate Water Act, 1974 and under the Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the HCF up to 31.12.2025 Subjected to certain conditions mentioned therein & special condition that the HCF shall get analysed its trade effluent samples from Board's lab within 1 month
