Sir, earlier the kiln was operated by 04 no. partners (Sh. Karamjit Singh, Sh. Suryansh Bansal, Sh. Parmod Kumar & Sh. Chandan Grover). Now, the kiln has submitted copies of 02 no. partnership deed, detail of which as under:
1. Partnership deed dated 02.03.2024, as per which partners Sh. Karamjit Singh, Sh. Suryansh Bansal & Sh. Parmod Kumar were running partners of the firm and whereas Sh. Chandan Grover S/o Sh. Satish Kumar Grover has voluntarily retired from the partnership.
2. Partnership deed dated 03.03.2024, as per which partners Sh. Suryansh Bansal & Sh. Parmod Kumar were running partners of the firm and whereas Sh. Karamjit Singh S/o Sh. Bachint Singh has voluntarily retired from the partnership.
Therefore, Sh. Suryansh Bansal & Sh. Parmod Kumar are continuing partners of the said kiln and accordingly, the kiln has applied for obtaining varied Consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
Case is submitted for approval as already recommended please.
