The application of the industry has been scrutinized & it was observed that
1. the HCF has not submit land use as per master plan of the area/NOC from MC or approved building plan as it increases bed capacity.
2. The HCF has not installed ETP for the treatment of trade effluent which is being generated from the operations of hospital.
As such, the application can not be processed further. As no option is available in my portal. So, you are requested either give me approval to return it from my portal or return it from your portal,please. |
