Board has already issued CTE to the industry on the basis of "in principal approval" from Invest Punjab, PBIP dated 03.11.2021 valid upto 02.05.2025 w.r.t approvals of sanctioning of building plan, land use, fire NOC and factory plans to be approved by DoF. Means, the industry has to obtain the above approval by 02.05.2025. However, the industry has yet to submit the above documents to the Board, some off which are also requisite for consent management.
As Board has already issued NOC, therefore, consents be granted upto the validity of "in principal approval" given by Invest Punjab, PBIP i.e. upto 02.05.2025 with special condition that
1. In case, the industry has already obtained the Land classification document or CLU/NOC from the Competent Authority, then same will be submitted to concerned Regional office of the Board within 15 days. Otherwise, these documents are to be submitted before the expiry of "in principal approval" as well as expiry of this consent, so that the same may be placed on record w.r.t fulfillment of siting guidelines prescribed by the Board for the establishment of the industry.
2. The industry shall submit requisite emission collection and testing fee with the concerned Regional office within 15 days.
3. Regional Office to collect stack samples immediately and submit further report/recommendations w.r.t adequacy of air pollution controlling authority.
(2) and (3) condition are to be imposed in case of air consent case only.
