The application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has not submitted concrete proof of date of commissioning so as to not adjudged adequacy of consent fee. The industry has filled in application form the deposal of trade effluent INTO SEWER AFTER OIL & GREASE TRAP. However, the industry has submitted feasibility report of effluent treatment plant with the application, which needs to be clarify. The industry has also not submitted completion certificate of ETP.
You are requested to submit the same within 2 days.
