Earlier, the project proponent was granted NOC for establishment of Shops @ 28 no. and Lake @ 01 no. and now the project proponent has applied for obtaining NOC for establishment of Commercial Shops @ 28 no., Holiday Resort Rooms @ 21 no., Exhibition Centre @ 07 no., Sports Club @ 01 no., Amenity Centre @ 01 no. and Lake @ 01. However, it has mentioned proposed project cost as Rs. 1828.46 lakhs which is same as previous NOC application. The project proponent is required to clarified, how the project cost will not increase with the proposed new expansion. Also, intimate the type of plantation to be provided for the disposal of treated domestic effluent and location of plantation area in layout plan. The project proponent has also requested to submit the total proposed built-up area of the project. You are requested to submit the reply of above said clarifications within 02 days. |
