Discussed, it is submitted that the industry has not filled detail of boiler in the application form. The industry has installed 1 no. hot water diesel boiler and 1.No. hot water LPG based boiler both having 50kg capacity. The industry is required to add these in the application form. It is further informed that the hot water generator was inadvertently wrongly mentioned in the note and due care will be taken in future while processing application.
In view of above, it is recommended that:-
1. Application under the Water Act, 1974 be returned and industry be guided to apply correct application mentioning the details of boiler in the application form.
2. Consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 be revoked and same be processed through e-note and industry again be guided to apply correct application.
