The report of the Regional Office has been examined and observed as under:-
1. Whether the project proponent has obtained consent to establish (NOC) before establishment of the project. If yes, mention the details, thereof and if no, it is required to comment on the suitability of the site.
2. Regional Office has not commented on the Proof of date commissioning of the project to check the adequacy of consents fee.
3. As per the report of the Regional Office, SEIAA has already issued notice to issue directions u/s 5 of EPA and further action is under process. When the project under violations of the conditions of the Environment Clearance, whether the Board can grant the consents to project.
Therefore, EE, RO, Patiala may be asked to reply the above mentioned observations, immediately.
