In view of the submission of the visiting officer vide note dated 16.04.2024, if approved, CTO under the Water Act, 1974 be granted to the agency upto 30.09.2027 subject to the following specific conditions:
1. The agency will operate the ETP regularly and scientifically and shall ensure to maintain proper record of the effluent generated/treated.
2. The agency will ensure proper maintenance of the plantation area and will be bound to increase the same, in case stagnation is observed in it at any time.
3. The agency will apply for obtaining authorization under the HOWM Rules, 2016, within 15 days.
