Respected Sir,
The hospital has given reply to the show cause notice issued to it and also an amount of Rs. 1.0 lakh has been encashed out of total Rs. 2.0 lakh B.G. submitted by the hospital.
The point wise compliance checked by AEE and samples from ETP has also been collected. The samples are meeting the prescribed standards and the hospital is also now complying with the decisions of hearing. As such, it is recommended for grant of short term consents upto 30.09.2024 to the hospital, please. |
