The vehicular movement area has been stabilized. Due to non availability of lab staff, air sampling could not be carried out. Air emission sampling will be carried out in future.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may both be granted upto 30/09/2028 (upto accumulative period) for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 5.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 7.5 TPH, as raw material under orange category, with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board’s lab within one month.
