During the calculation of 3.65 crores as the project cost, 65 lacs was there for the working capital and actual investment in the project was 3 crores.
Initially we had the plans to transfer the family land and the building to the registered firm and included the cost of both the land and the building (60 lacs for land and 90 lacs for building) in the project cost but due to some legal issues, we had to take it on lease for 4.80 lacs per year for 5 years and made some renovations in the building which costed around 7.11 lacs.
For the machinery, we had planned to buy new machinery for the whole project that was costing around 1.50 crores but later due to financial constraints, we bought used parts of the machinery and total cost came out to be around 82.67 lacs.
Therefore, there is difference in the initial project cost while obtaining the NOC and actual project cost. |
