Sir, the application was scrutinized and observed that the industry has not submitted completion certificate of APCD, registry of the land, CLU certificate issued by concerned Department, manufacturing process, partnership/ownership detail and NOC conditions compliance status alongwith the application. Also the industry has not filled application form properly and most of the column application is blank.
If approved, the application applied by the industry may be return with request to resubmit the same after rectifying above said observations.
