Sir, it is submitted that the rice sheller was visited by the AEE (OS) on 16/04/2024 and during visit, it was observed that the unit has not complied with the code of practice prescribed for such kind of units. As such, if approved, show cause notice for refusal of the consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 applied by the industry may be issued alongwith an opportunity of personal hearing before your good-self. Copy of the show cause notice is attached herewith for your approval, please. |
