Kindly peruse the agenda note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE, it is recommended that the varied consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for the manufacturing of M.S. Ingots @ 72 MTD or Billets @ 72 MTD, Runner & Riser @ 04 MTD and Round, Square, Hexa, Flat Bar, HR, Coil, Patra, CR Coil, Angle, Channel etc. @ 72 MTD may be granted upto 30/09/2025 with suitable conditions and special conditions as under: 1. The industry shall bound to comply with the order to be passed by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court in CWP no. 6502 of 2024. 2. The industry shall submit the permission regarding ground water abstraction from PWRDA within 01 month. 3. The industry shall develop & maintain adequate plantation area all the times to utilize its treated domestic effluent onto land for plantation. 4. The industry shall not generate and discharge any kind of trade effluent from its process under any circumstance without obtaining prior permission from the Board. 5. The industry shall get its building plans approved from Competent Authority if there is any change with respect to the already approved building plans. 6. The industry shall ensure that it will not emit the black smoke under any circumstances. 7. The industry shall ensure that the concentration of the suspended particular matter in the flue gas emissions does not exceed the limits prescribed by the Punjab Pollution Control Board /MoEF from time to time. 8. The industry maintains it's already stabilized its vehicular movement area within industry/entry/exit points, to suppress the dust emissions.
