| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The industry has been established without obtaining NOC of the Board. Hence, the industry is required to submit the compliance report of NOC conditions if industry has been obtained before commissioning of the industry.
2. The consent application forms have not been filled properly and some columns are lying blank.
3. The industry has not submitted the copy of Partnership Deed.
4. The industry has not submitted the copy of registration obtained under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016,
5. As per copy of electricity bill, electric connection was released to the industry on 28.07.2019, hence the consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.12.2030.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
