The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts / report given in the note, it is recommended as under :
A) Directions issued u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 may please be dropped.
B) Consent to operate under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2025 subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
