The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filed in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the industry i.e. CA certificate regarding total cost of the industry.
2. The industry has not submitted compliance report of the conditions of the conditions of the previous granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. The industry has not submitted reasons regarding huge increase in the total cost of the project from 3401.49 lacs to 5061.05 lacs. Further, the industry has not submitted any detail regarding increase in production capacity as the cost of plant & machinery has been increase as per CA certificate.
4. The industry has not submitted NOC regularization fee regarding increase in fixed assets.
In view of the above, it is submitted that the application is required to be return for making changes in the profile of the industry i.e. updation of total cost, cost of plant & machinery etc. It is therefore requested to allow the scrutiny of the application. |
