The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is incorrect as the industry has applied under small scale. However, the industry needs to apply under Medium scale.
2. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the supporting document submitted by the industry i.e. feasibility report regarding wastewater generation. Further, the industry has submitted that the treated domestic effluent eucalyptus plantation after septic tank and cooling tower blowdown green belt. However, the industry has not submitted any detail of green area (in sqm) has been provided for disposal of the same.
3. The industry has not submitted revised site plan.
In view of the above, it is submitted that the application is required to be return for making changes in the profile of the industry i.e. updation of scale of industry etc. It is therefore requested to allow the scrutiny of the application. |
