The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not proper, as the industry has not mentioned cost of land.
2. The undertaking submitted by the industry regarding compliance of code of practice is not proper as the above unit is purchased by Sh. Deepak Puri & Sh. Jai Gopal Puri. However, the same is attested by Sh. Deepak Dogra.
3. The industry has not submitted sale deed.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
